About the Role
You will create thoughtful on-brand designs across marketing and go to market surfaces. You will scale campaign identities and style guides across channels, produce high-volume assets, build reusable templates, ensure flawless final delivery, collaborate with technical partners, organize creative source materials, and improve workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years specializing in visual design for web mobile or digital marketing
- Online portfolio demonstrating original work strong visual craft and a user-centered eye
- High proficiency in typography layout balance proportion rhythm emphasis and unity
- Fast accurate high-volume execution
- Experience across web social email PDFs decks event materials and digital campaigns
- Strong Figma proficiency
- Experience using AI and template tooling for high-volume design workflows
- Comfort delivering high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced creative environment
Responsibilities
- Create designs aligned with project goals creative direction templates and standards
- Scale campaign identities and style guides across channels and interactive touchpoints
- Produce and adapt decks one-pagers web pages blog visuals social email campaign event and sales enablement assets
- Build and maintain reusable templates
- Ensure final deliverables layout imagery and typography are flawless
- Consult technical partners about design constraints and prepare supporting files
- Work from rough briefs transcripts product notes stakeholder feedback and evolving messaging
- Maintain approved assets templates product screenshots and brand guidance
- Refine workflows and improve shipping processes
