About the Role
You will own and evolve the visual identity and creative design system. You will create presentations, collateral, campaign, event, digital, print, environmental, and social assets. You will lead art direction, manage external creative partners, collaborate with commercial stakeholders, and help build an in-house design and content function.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience, including senior or lead roles
- Exceptional visual design craft across brand identity, digital, print, and presentation design
- Experience leading art direction and design leadership for large-scale initiatives
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools
- Experience building reusable design systems and component libraries
- Ability to balance creative direction with hands-on production design
- Stakeholder management experience with executive leadership and external partners
- Interest in materials science, climate technology, and AI
Responsibilities
- Own and update the visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems
- Build and maintain Figma component libraries and templates
- Design presentations, one-pagers, reports, and collateral
- Deliver high-quality creative assets across business touchpoints
- Direct art for campaigns, partner announcements, and industry events
- Design digital, print, environmental, and social assets
- Direct external freelancers and design agencies
- Plan, hire, onboard, and mentor future designers
- Partner with Communications, Product Marketing, Events, and Partnerships teams
