About the Role
You will synthesize input from product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders into comprehensive design deliverables. You will translate research insights into new products and features, create workflows and interactions, and produce wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and research. You will advocate for user needs, facilitate design reviews and workshops, and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in visual UI product interaction or UX design
- Experience designing complex fintech crypto or Web3 products from scratch
- Understanding of DeFi DEX trading crypto wallets token swaps and cross-chain bridges
- Ability to balance advanced trading features with intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design decisions
- Experience collaborating with designers product managers engineers UX writers and researchers
- Understanding of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies
- Understanding of experimentation and research techniques
- A diverse design portfolio
- Experience designing fintech investment or crypto products
- Experience working across offices and time zones
- Understanding of React for frontend development
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or design sprints
Responsibilities
