About the Role
You will use product data to uncover user problems, evaluate features, and inform product strategy. You will design and analyse experiments, translate revenue goals into KPIs, build reporting with analytics engineers, and help develop self-service analytics for app and web products.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of product-analytics experience for a digital product
- Product strategy, experimentation, roadmapping, and prioritisation knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Project management skills
- SQL proficiency
- Data analysis skills
- Statistical methods
- Ability to work independently with ambiguity and competing objectives
Responsibilities
- Conduct hypothesis-driven product-usage analyses to identify user problems
- Design and analyse product experiments
- Evaluate product and feature performance
- Identify and prioritise high-impact user problems
- Translate revenue goals into business and product KPIs
- Partner with analytics engineers to enable KPI dashboards
- Use behavioural data and statistical methods to improve adoption
- Partner with data, engineering, data product, and data science teams on self-service analytics
- Help develop KPI statistical tools for product teams
