About the Role
You will own workplace analytics problems from framing through adoption and iteration. You will define success metrics, develop dashboards and decision tools, connect operational data sources, create forecasting and optimization frameworks, and communicate recommendations to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own high-impact analytical problems from framing through iteration
- Define success metrics and measurement, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization frameworks
- Develop dashboards, reporting, models, and decision tools
- Connect workplace, operational, collaboration, and financial data
- Communicate assumptions, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders
