About the Role
You will analyze harmful behavior, fraud, misuse, and safety-system performance. You will design experiments, build estimators and monitoring systems, evaluate classifiers and review workflows, quantify safety tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous risks into evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Measure harmful and abusive behavior
- Detect fraud, manipulation, and coordinated misuse
- Evaluate and improve safety classifiers, mitigation systems, and human-review workflows
- Design experiments and causal analyses
- Build prevalence estimators, dashboards, monitoring systems, and decision frameworks
- Diagnose safety-system gaps and quantify false-positive and false-negative tradeoffs
- Translate safety risks into measurable problems and recommendations
- Partner to improve safety outcomes
- Build analytical systems in evolving domains
