About the Role
You will evaluate mitigation systems, diagnose errors, and build monitoring frameworks that measure effectiveness over time. You will analyze customer feedback and usage patterns, identify adversarial risks, recommend mitigation changes, and communicate decision-ready results to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve mitigation systems, classifiers, and detection pipelines
- Diagnose false positives and false negatives
- Build monitoring and measurement frameworks
- Identify over-blocking and under-blocking trends and propose interventions
- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and usage patterns
- Expand risk monitoring into new domains
- Communicate decision-ready metrics and tradeoffs
