About the Role
You will own payroll, HRIS, contracts, compliance, benefits, employee lifecycle operations, immigration, people data, and HR tooling across markets. You will improve workflows through documentation, automation, and self-service, maintain French employment compliance, coordinate international operations, and handle complex employee-support escalations.
Requirements
- Experience owning People Operations in a fast-moving company with more than 100 employees
- Hands-on experience with French payroll and employment compliance
- Experience with People Operations processes, workflows, and controls
- HRIS configuration and improvement experience
- Experience with automation
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work from the Paris office at least 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Run payroll for France, Europe, and the United States
- Manage payroll, EOR, and employment providers
- Maintain French statutory obligations and HR compliance
- Administer CSE operations and mandatory timelines
- Monitor employment-law developments and implement actions
- Maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and immigration administration
- Administer benefits and support compensation benchmarking
- Configure and improve HRIS systems, workflows, integrations, and data quality
- Automate repetitive People Operations workflows
- Build self-service documentation, processes, and support infrastructure
