About the Role
You will coordinate interviews and candidate communications across APAC, Japan, and MENA. You will maintain ATS and HRIS data, support offers, onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking, reporting, and global people policies. You will identify process gaps and help standardize scalable recruiting and HR workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
- English communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across APAC, Japan, and MENA
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates
- Maintain a consistent candidate experience through the offer stage
- Track candidate progress and maintain ATS data
- Support interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle updates
- Maintain employee data in HR systems
- Support compliance tracking
- Operationalize global people policies while respecting local requirements
- Standardize and improve global recruiting and HR workflows
- Report international hiring and operational metrics
- Identify process gaps and contribute scalable solutions
