About the Role
You will build and run people operations across hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. You will manage recruiting operations and sourcing, advise on sensitive employee matters, maintain HR systems, and oversee employment, visa, licensing, registration, training, and posting obligations.
Requirements
- Experience owning hiring rounds end to end
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals
- Experience with payroll, benefits, onboarding, and visas
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and run the hiring process end to end
- Shape sourcing strategy and improve candidate pipelines
- Develop onboarding practices
- Own benefits, payroll, and HRIS operations
- Establish people policies and practices
- Advise managers and employees on employee-relations matters
- Own federal and multi-state employment compliance
- Manage leaves, accommodations, and worker classification decisions
- Coordinate visa cases, licenses, registrations, trainings, and postings
