About the Role
You will build and run people operations for the London team. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee support, people data, UK employment compliance, workplace operations, local events, vendors, and recruiting logistics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a People Operations or People and Talent generalist role
- Working knowledge of UK employment norms, compliance, and labor environments
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills for candidates, employees, and stakeholders
- Ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Serve as a trusted contact for employee questions and sensitive people matters
- Support managers with performance and people issues
- Maintain people data and help operationalize the local HRIS
- Manage UK benefits, time-off messaging, and policy communication
- Partner with vendors and people operations to maintain UK employment compliance
- Run London office operations, local events, and the in-office experience
- Coordinate with vendors and building management
- Own local recruiting operations, interview logistics, and candidate experience
