About the Role
You will lead people strategy, compensation and benefits administration, employee lifecycle programs, compliance, immigration processes, employee relations, and clear communications. You will build scalable systems and support employees and managers with sound judgment and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute People strategy across hiring, talent, compensation, employee experience, and organizational development
- Own compensation, leveling, and equity philosophy
- Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
- Build scalable People systems, processes, and infrastructure
- Lead benefits administration and strategy
- Serve as the People partner for employees and managers
- Shape and reinforce a high-performance culture
- Lead employee relations and navigate sensitive people situations
- Oversee visa and immigration processes
- Own People-related compliance and risk management
- Communicate People-related updates and initiatives
