About the Role
You will enable partners to position, demonstrate, and implement AI Agent solutions. You will lead discovery, support proofs of concept and technical validations, design solution architectures, develop partner capabilities, and drive technical win conditions across the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar pre-sales role
- Technical discovery, solution design, and technical validation experience
- Experience in enterprise sales environments
- Ability to align technical solutions with commercial outcomes
- Ability to communicate with technical audiences and senior business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Enable partners to position, demonstrate, and implement the platform
- Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into scalable AI Agent solutions
- Support proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical validations
- Design solution architectures using the platform, sandbox, and APIs
- Build partner capabilities for independent, high-quality opportunity delivery
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships on partner-led and co-sell motions
- Drive technical win conditions throughout the deal lifecycle
- Build relationships with strategic and emerging partners
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Develop scalable enablement assets and best practices
- Translate partner and customer feedback into product insights
- Identify trends and opportunities for roadmap and go-to-market strategy
