About the Role

You will acquire current, savings, and salary accounts within the branch catchment area. You will activate accounts and digital payment linkages, grow balances and wallet share, manage customer portfolios, participate in corporate events, collaborate with internal teams, and conduct local marketing activities to generate leads.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Graduation or post-graduation
  • Sales and networking skills
  • Communication and listening skills
  • Target-oriented approach
  • IRDA and AMFI certification preferred; required after joining
  • Banking knowledge
  • Computer and digital knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area
  • Source salary accounts from corporates
  • Activate opened accounts and UPI linkages
  • Increase balances and wallet share across banking products
  • Manage customer portfolios
  • Participate in corporate induction and migration events
  • Build relationships with internal teams
  • Conduct low-cost local marketing activities to generate leads
