About the Role

You will provide clinical expertise to commercial teams, demonstrate nursing solutions, and communicate their value to clinical and executive stakeholders. You will engage customers, gather product feedback, collaborate on roadmap priorities, and represent the organization at industry events.

Requirements

• Significant Registered Nurse experience, ideally in acute care, critical care, or med-surg
• Healthcare technology experience in clinical informatics, enterprise analytics, implementation, or similar roles
• Ability to communicate clinical and technical concepts to clinicians, executives, and technical teams
• Experience engaging and influencing senior healthcare executives
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements into technology solutions
• Ability to travel 30–50%

Responsibilities

• Support sales and partner success teams with clinical expertise
• Demonstrate how nursing solutions improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes
• Partner on demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements
• Engage prospective and current customers to communicate clinical value and facilitate adoption
• Provide prospect feedback to product and engineering teams
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, webinars, and events
• Collaborate with Product to align customer needs, solution capabilities, and the product roadmap
