About the Role
You will lead end-to-end hiring for corporate functions, including People, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy. You will run high-impact searches, partner with hiring leaders, manage recruiting operations, provide talent-market insights, develop pipelines, improve interview quality, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with substantial corporate-functions hiring experience
- Experience recruiting leadership roles
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Sourcing, market mapping, outreach strategy, and talent research
- Structured interviewing and evidence-based decision-making
- Experience recruiting in high-growth technology, infrastructure, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with hiring across AMER
- Compensation and leveling advisory experience
Responsibilities
- Own hiring delivery for corporate functions
- Run full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer closing
- Provide talent market intelligence, including compensation trends and competitor mapping
- Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill corporate roles
- Improve structured interviewing and selection quality
- Ensure a timely, transparent candidate experience
