About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruitment for technical, scientific, partnerships, business-development, and country-manager roles. You will build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring teams on role design and interviews, improve candidate experience and ATS data quality, provide market insights, and strengthen inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience hiring high-level technical partnerships or scientific business-development professionals for science or research-oriented organisations
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Ability to build recruitment processes from scratch
- Track record hiring complex technical or research profiles
- Experience with proactive outbound sourcing strategies
- Stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of talent-acquisition best practices, tools, and techniques
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across technical, scientific, partnerships, business-development, and country-manager roles
- Design strategies to attract and engage specialised talent
- Support candidates from offer through onboarding
- Partner with hiring teams to define requirements, assessments, and interview processes
- Run interviewer calibration sessions and refine interview questions or tasks
- Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends
- Strengthen DEIB hiring practices and talent pipelines
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
- Maintain ATS data hygiene and hiring dashboards
- Uphold service levels for applications, referrals, screening, scheduling, feedback, candidate requests, and stakeholder updates
