About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers on requirements and interviews, build talent pipelines, manage candidate communication, and maintain requisition data and reporting in Ashby.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting engineering talent
- Experience recruiting in the India talent market
- Knowledge of local compensation benchmarks and sourcing channels
- ATS experience
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a high-volume hiring environment
