About the Role
You will own the top of the hiring funnel for field and operator roles. You will source candidates, review applications, conduct first calls, coordinate interviews, maintain Ashby records, deliver a strong candidate experience, and help run recruiting events.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with strong internship experience or up to a few years of relevant full-time experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interest in technology
- Experience with recruiting, sourcing, operations, or similar work is beneficial
- Familiarity with Ashby or another ATS is beneficial
- Dutch language skills are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications
- Build candidate shortlists
- Screen CVs and applications
- Conduct first-stage candidate calls
- Schedule interviews and maintain Ashby records
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a respectful candidate experience
- Help plan and run recruiting events
