Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive go-to-market candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring needs and recruitment updates
• Own the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation
• Use recruitment metrics and data to improve hiring processes
• Contribute to employer branding through job descriptions, social media, and job boards
• Manage multiple open sales roles and drive hiring velocity
