About the Role
You will lead AI-first SDLC transformation across the quality organization, own system validation and quality platform strategy, guide testing and evaluation for AI-aligned product surfaces, improve CI/CD quality signals and production readiness, and hire, coach, and develop senior technical contributors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, engineering productivity, developer platforms, or related technical leadership roles
- 5+ years leading engineering or quality engineering teams
- Experience designing, testing, or evaluating AI-agent workflows or agentic quality tools
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms
- Experience with CI/CD, UI/API test frameworks, release readiness, quality gates, SLOs, SLIs, and observability
- Experience with AWS, EKS or Kubernetes, Lambda or serverless systems, distributed data systems, and event-driven systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-first SDLC transformation across the quality organization
- Lead quality strategy and execution across regions
- Own quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and Identity for AI-aligned product surfaces
- Lead reusable test frameworks, quality tooling, CI/CD quality gates, telemetry, and developer-owned quality enablement
- Build customer-oriented system validation across products and platforms
- Define validation for customer workflows, microservice dependencies, performance risks, release readiness, and production-risk reduction
- Use data to improve SDLC effectiveness, defect escape rates, test reliability, release confidence, and delivery efficiency
- Hire, coach, and grow senior technical contributors
