About the Role
You will lead Engineering Managers and Platform Engineers across multiple teams, develop managers and engineers, set direction, shape roadmaps, manage priorities and dependencies, and drive the development and adoption of internal developer platform capabilities. You will also provide technical leadership, improve reliability and operational maturity, and support secure, self-service workflows for engineers and AI agents.
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams in platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or a related environment
- Experience leading and developing Engineering Managers and engineers
- Experience delivering platform capabilities or internal products at scale
- Experience setting direction and translating strategy into execution
- Experience shaping roadmaps and managing competing demands
- Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities
- Experience using platform metrics and developer feedback
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability
- Understanding of AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

- Drive platform reliability and operational maturity
- Use platform metrics and developer feedback to prioritize improvements
- Champion engineering standards for automation, code quality, observability, security, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence
