About the Role
Lead AI-first quality engineering transformation for PingOne multi-tenant SaaS, owning quality platform strategy, system validation, agentic quality workflows, testing, CI/CD quality signals, and production readiness while developing senior technical talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, engineering productivity, developer platforms, or related technical leadership roles.
- 5+ years leading engineering or quality engineering teams.
- Experience designing, testing, or evaluating AI-agent workflows or agentic quality tools.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, UI/API test frameworks, release readiness, quality gates, SLOs, SLIs, and observability.
- Experience with AWS, EKS or Kubernetes, Lambda or serverless systems, distributed data systems, and event-driven systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-first SDLC transformation across the quality organization.
- Lead quality strategy and execution across regions.
- Own quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and Identity for AI-aligned product surfaces.
- Lead reusable test frameworks, quality tooling, CI/CD quality gates, telemetry, and developer-owned quality enablement.
- Build customer-oriented system validation across products and platforms.
- Define validation for customer workflows, microservice dependencies, performance risks, release readiness, and production-risk reduction.
- Use data to improve SDLC effectiveness, defect escape rates, test reliability, release confidence, and delivery efficiency.
- Hire, coach, and grow senior technical contributors.
