- Partner with senior leaders to align Reward with business strategy
- Own the Reward strategy for Data Centres, Power, and Build
- Design Reward solutions that support business performance
- Own incentive strategy and pay mix
- Guide leaders on Reward investment
- Partner on organisation design, job architecture, and workforce planning
- Advise on offers, promotions, market positioning, and retention
- Drive Global Pay Transparency and future Reward frameworks
- Use market data and analytics to shape Reward strategy
- Simplify processes and drive continuous improvement
