About the Role
You will establish forecasting and long-range planning processes, build scalable financial models, analyze performance, and deliver executive reporting. You will partner with department leaders on headcount and operating-expense planning, improve FP&A workflows through automation, track SaaS metrics, and prepare board materials.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Analytical ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience building and scaling FP&A functions
- Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
Responsibilities
- Establish departmental forecasting processes and analyze actual performance
- Build scalable financial models and planning frameworks
- Translate departmental needs into financial requirements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Develop financial reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Drive FP&A process improvements and automation
- Execute annual and multi-year long-range planning
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Track and communicate critical SaaS and technology metrics
- Manage departmental headcount planning and operating expenses
- Prepare materials for board and executive forums
