About the Role

You will own financial analysis for GPU infrastructure and R&D. You will build compute and capacity models, support headcount and operating-budget planning, analyze vendor commitments, forecast spend and variances, and create reporting and processes that make compute and R&D economics clear to leadership.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience
• Expert financial modeling skills
• Interest in operations
• Ability to work with imperfect data
• Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to build structure and scalable processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for GPU capacity, utilization, cost, unit economics, gross margin, and cash
• Support R&D planning for headcount, hiring, tooling, vendor spend, and operating budgets
• Support infrastructure capacity planning and maintain capacity data
• Evaluate cloud and GPU provider commitment structures and contract terms
• Track provider performance and credit refunds
• Support vendor negotiations and renewals
• Forecast and analyze compute, cloud, and R&D spending
• Track and forecast research compute separately from production serving
• Build reporting, dashboards, and processes for compute and R&D economics
• Contribute compute and R&D inputs to board materials, investor updates, and fundraising processes
