About the Role

You will own and maintain the two-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast. You will lead annual planning, monthly forecast-versus-actual reporting, cash forecasting, budget variance analysis, and quarterly board materials. You will build pipeline-to-revenue forecasting engines and represent finance at the deal desk.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience
• Experience owning company-wide financial models and annual planning processes
• Fluency in SaaS metrics, cohort-based revenue modeling, and enterprise sales finance
• Experience partnering with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders
• Executive communication skills
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
• GAAP revenue recognition, close-process, and audit-readiness experience
• Familiarity with Adaptive, Pigment, Sigma, or similar planning and BI tools
• Fundraising or investor-relations experience

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the two-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast
• Lead the annual planning and bottoms-up budgeting process
• Run monthly forecast-versus-actual reporting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial materials for quarterly board meetings
• Build revenue forecasting engines using rep capacity, pipeline stages, and pricing
• Represent finance at the deal desk
