About the Role

You will translate physical security strategy into practical operations across regions. You will coordinate executive and travel security, risk assessments, events, incident response, vendors, security technology, and program improvements while providing leadership with clear risk updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant corporate security, physical security, executive protection, protective intelligence, security risk management, law enforcement, or military security experience
• Experience coordinating physical security operations across multiple locations or jurisdictions
• Experience in executive protection, travel security, workplace security, threat assessment, incident response, or vendor management
• Ability to assess threats and make risk-based decisions under pressure
• Experience developing security assessments, operational plans, SOPs, or emergency-response procedures
• Knowledge of physical security technologies and controls
• Communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work across cultures, time zones, and jurisdictions
• Ability to travel internationally and provide occasional support outside normal business hours

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve global physical security strategies, policies, and operational programs
• Plan and coordinate executive protection and travel security
• Conduct physical security risk assessments for offices and facilities
• Assess threats and coordinate proportionate risk-mitigation measures
• Lead security planning for corporate events and executive engagements
• Coordinate responses to incidents, threats, and emergencies
• Oversee third-party security providers and performance
• Improve security technology, monitoring, preparedness, reporting, and metrics
