About the Role
You will manage contracted physical security and emergency-response operations. You will implement security policies, develop training and event-security programs, assess facility risks, coordinate incident response, support crisis management, manage budgets and vendors, and advise executives on security solutions.

- Experience leading and developing global security operations teams
- 7+ years of vendor management experience
- Experience delivering global protective strategies
- Experience with corporate security systems and operations
- Experience with security program automation and implementation
- Ability to travel regionally and globally
- Experience building and scaling operations
- Experience managing and coaching talent
- Change management and administration experience
Responsibilities
- Manage contracted physical security officers and emergency response operations
- Draft and implement safety and protection policies
- Develop security training programs, operating procedures, incident-response protocols, and communication plans
- Establish security protocols for domestic and international office expansions
- Develop and manage event-security programs and plans
- Conduct facility risk assessments and recommend risk-management actions
- Coordinate responses to security concerns with cross-functional partners
- Support crisis management, incident response plans, and emergency action plans
- Deliver security solutions and recommendations to executives
