About the Role
You will manage site services and daily field operations for customer deployments. You will coordinate test schedules and vehicle readiness, partner with engineering teams, enforce safety practices, facilitate risk assessments, manage customer communication, and identify operational improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field-operations experience, ideally in mining, autonomous-vehicle testing, robotics, or industrial environments
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, mechanical, electrical, or a related field
- Leadership experience in complex deployment environments
- Vendor and contractor management skills
- Ability to operate in rugged, dynamic environments with high operational tempo
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site utilities, safety zones, communication systems, and fleet access and security protocols
- Lead daily field operations for customer deployments
- Coordinate test plans and work schedules for Test Specialists and Vehicle Operators
- Partner with test engineering teams to execute test plans
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and escalate risks
- Facilitate site-level hazard identification and risk assessments
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and Applied Intuition
- Deliver operational feedback to improve product usability, reliability, and customer experience
- Lead continuous improvements to operational efficiency, field readiness, and cross-functional coordination
