About the Role
You will support the Markets platform and related activities by leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing operational risk, and improving processes and technologies. You will coordinate with market-facing stakeholders and external partners, oversee platforms and vendors, support counterparty and technology onboarding, and help maintain business continuity plans.

Responsibilities
- Mitigate risk across BGM Markets and manage complex challenges to appropriate outcomes
- Lead global initiatives arising from regulatory change, market ecosystem developments, and corporate strategy
- Apply governance and oversight to vendors and platforms used by market-facing teams
- Onboard new counterparties, trading platforms, and technologies with traders and trading partners
- Coordinate business continuity plans and processes across Markets teams globally
- Develop relationships with internal Markets stakeholders and external Relationship Managers
