About the Role

You will lead regional physical-security operations across MENA and APAC. You will own security strategy, travel risk management, incident response, vendor performance, compliance, and security support for new markets and office projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in corporate or physical security roles covering MENA or APAC
  • Network of regional contacts across law enforcement, government liaison, intelligence, and vendor communities
  • Experience managing incident response, travel risk, and vendor relationships
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
  • Ability to build a regional function
  • Ability to operate autonomously across time zones
  • Communication and escalation discipline

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-region contact for security matters across MENA and APAC
  • Develop the regional security strategy
  • Manage travel risk, incident response protocols, and office security standards
  • Manage and measure security vendors and contractors
  • Build relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources
  • Lead regional incident response and escalation
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Establish security relationships, risk intelligence, and vendor networks for new markets
  • Support office build-outs, security-system rollouts, and regional projects
