About the Role

Drive strategic partnerships by identifying, developing, and scaling high-impact alliances across wallet infrastructure, qualified custody, and digital asset tokenization offerings. Translate market insights into revenue-generating collaborations and inform product and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience.
  • Experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, ecosystem, M&A, or a similar Web3 role.
  • Experience sourcing, driving, and closing bespoke deals.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
  • A persistent, self-driven, and creative approach to closing partnership deals.
  • A proven track record structuring transformational deals in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partnership initiatives, size and scope opportunities, identify risks, and drive execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership strategy, go-to-market planning, product launches, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop features meeting partner and customer needs.
  • Develop data-driven business recommendations and market intelligence.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, investors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Create financial models and forecasts for prospective partnerships.
  • Build reporting structures and dashboards to measure success.
  • Collaborate with partnership team members, product managers, and organizational leaders.
