About the Role
You will manage creator partnerships across YouTube and Instagram. You will brief creators, track deliverables and approvals, quality-check videos, coordinate publication schedules, build creator relationships, negotiate rates and contract terms, and report on performance across the roster.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing paid partnerships with large YouTube or Instagram creators
- Experience tracking high volumes of video deliverables across a creator roster
- Experience negotiating and closing creator or influencer contracts
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to write clear creative briefs on short timelines
- Relationships with large creators or talent management teams are a plus
- Familiarity with creator contract structures and industry rate benchmarks is a plus

- Brief creators on campaigns tied to news cycles and market events
- Track deliverables due dates revisions approvals and go-live timing
- Quality-check videos for messaging factual accuracy and brand consistency
