About the Role
You will own the partner marketplace from concept through launch and growth. You will define listing and discovery experiences, create demand for partner solutions, develop AI powered onboarding and enablement, and improve activation, engagement, marketplace participation, pipeline, and partner sourced revenue through scalable programs.
Requirements
- Experience building marketplaces developer ecosystems PLG or platform businesses
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scalable products and programs
- Product growth and customer focused partnership thinking
- Comfort working with AI
- Ability to work across Product Engineering and go to market functions
- Analytical approach focused on measurable outcomes
- Ability to experiment learn and iterate quickly
Responsibilities
- Own the partner marketplace from concept through growth
- Define partner listing discovery and evaluation experiences
- Create customer demand for partner solutions
- Develop AI powered onboarding enablement and growth experiences
- Build scalable partner activation programs
- Track and improve activation engagement conversion and revenue metrics
