About the Role

You will own strategy and execution for onboarding and expanding institutional adoption at scale. You will originate, negotiate, and close commercial agreements that connect TradFi and institutional players with asset servicing, utility, and liquidity partners. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding and post-sale support, develop tailored proposals and pitch materials, and act as a trusted advisor on blockchain-based investment vehicles and tokenisation benefits. You will collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and compliance to ensure seamless execution, attend industry events to represent initiatives, and build strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, compliance providers, and tokenisation platforms.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of FinTech TradFi and DeFi
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in FinTech institutional finance business development or related fields
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements
  • Experience working for or with web3 technologies and tokenisation workflows
  • Strong business acumen strategic thinking and creative business development mindset
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for institutional DeFi
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
  • Experience putting together multi-partite deals

Responsibilities

  • Identify FinTech and TradFi use cases for Chainlink solutions
  • Build and execute institutional onboarding and distribution strategies
  • Originate negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and post-sale support
  • Advise clients on blockchain-based investment vehicles and tokenisation benefits
  • Develop tailored proposals product demonstrations and pitch materials
  • Collaborate with engineering product legal and compliance for execution
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with exchanges custodians and tokenisation platforms
  • Co-develop and co-market tokenised products or bundled solutions
