About the Role
You will own end-to-end protocol growth on Monad by building tailored growth plans, designing and tracking liquidity incentive campaigns, and measuring TVL and volume against targets. You will source and manage relationships with tokenized asset issuers and connect them with lending protocols, yield vaults, and stablecoin infrastructure. You will design looping strategies and collateral structures to make RWAs composable and yield-generating onchain. You will identify cross-protocol opportunities to create compounding value and work with institutional LPs and asset managers to deploy capital into RWA-backed DeFi products.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in DeFi collaborations or ecosystem growth with a track record of growing TVL and user activity
- Experience with RWA protocols or tokenization platforms and understanding of issuance to onchain yield including collateral structures and redemption mechanics
- Deep understanding of lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives and ability to diagnose and solve growth issues
- Experience working with institutional counterparts such as asset managers or family offices
- High autonomy and accountability to metrics, treating protocol success as personally owned

- Identify cross-protocol opportunities that create compounding value
- Work with institutional LPs and asset managers to deploy capital into DeFi products
