About the Role
You'll build internal tools, AI-powered workflows, and customer-facing experiences that compound how fast Goldsky grows. Operating at the intersection of GTM, product, and engineering, you'll use AI to do the work of a much larger team with a small one. You'll report into Marketing and partner closely with sales, customer success, and product. You'll have real autonomy to identify and build the highest-leverage automations, experiences, and tools, with budget for AI infrastructure and an explicit mandate to ship. This role suits you if you love shipping fast, find operations problems genuinely interesting, and enjoy replacing manual work with clean automation that runs forever.
Requirements
- Experience building things end to end: frontend, backend, integrations, agents, automations
- Experience shipping with LLMs and AI tooling in production
- Comfort with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval, and evals
- Commercial curiosity about buyers, onboarding, and revenue impact
- Fluency in modern web development including TypeScript and Next.js or similar
- Ability to operate with high autonomy, scoping and shipping work independently
- Strong communication skills across sales, design, and engineering audiences
- Interest in fintech and stablecoin infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered internal tools that compress the work of the GTM team, including lead enrichment and scoring agents, account research workflows, automated outbound personalization, call summarization, and internal knowledge agents over Slack, Notion, and the CRM
- Build customer-facing growth surfaces such as interactive demos, sandboxed playgrounds, in-product guides, AI-assisted onboarding, and dynamic case study experiences
- Ship marketing engineering including the website, landing pages, A/B tests, lifecycle email flows, attribution plumbing, and integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and product analytics
- Partner with sales engineering and solutions to automate parts of the customer evaluation journey including provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, and technical content generation
- Instrument and learn by setting up analytics and experimentation to determine which tools and surfaces drive growth, killing what doesn't work and doubling down on what does
- Serve as the AI specialist for GTM by staying close to the frontier of LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools and helping the rest of the company become better AI users
