About the Role
You will source and onboard trading firms, market makers, and institutional users. You will build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure. You will drive TVL growth and platform adoption, align growth efforts with engineering and product, and represent the platform at events and key channels.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or growth at a crypto protocol, exchange, or prime broker
- Strong network across trading and DeFi
- Understanding of institutional trading and on-chain infrastructure
- Comfortable engaging highly technical counterparts
- Bias toward action and measurable results
