About the Role

You will invent and execute growth plays from scratch, run rapid experiments, and iterate on funnels to drive user acquisition. You will own day-to-day growth operations including community engagement and responding to channels like Reddit. You will analyze cohorts and metrics, ship short contract projects, and move quickly to discover repeatable levers for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing consumer apps from zero to 1,000 users
• Consumer app marketing experience
• Comfortable with operations and community response (may spend 50%+ time on this)
• Spanish or Portuguese speaker
• Familiarity with p2p payments and remittance (preferred)
• No strong prior crypto experience required
