Requirements
- Experience scaling B2C and B2SMB products through paid and organic channels
- Experience taking an app or product from zero to one in a hands-on capacity
- Knowledge of AI-era growth, including agents, automation, organic UGC, and growth tactics
- Deep understanding of marketing, creative, and advertising
- Builder and operator mindset
