About the Role
You will own end-to-end retention strategy across the customer lifecycle for the US App and Polymarket.com. You will build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns that drive conversion, engagement, cross-sell, churn mitigation, and reactivation. You will develop micro-segmentation and real-time triggered messaging around live market events, partner on feature adoption and notification strategy, collaborate on modeling and cohort analysis, run data-driven experiments, and report retention performance and LTV trends weekly.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms for building customer journeys
- Experience owning retention across web and mobile
- Experience with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation
- Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and orchestration strategy
- Ability to work non-traditional hours around live events and breaking news, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with trading, OSBs, crypto, or real-time marketplaces is a plus
Responsibilities

- Design engagement, cross-sell, churn mitigation, and reactivation programs
- Develop micro-segmentation strategies
- Own real-time triggered messaging tied to live market events
- Partner with Product on feature adoption, notification strategy, and real-time messaging systems
- Collaborate with Data on modeling, cohort analysis, and predictive segmentation
- Run data-driven experiments to increase engagement around key events, markets, and moments
- Define and track retention metrics and report performance, experiment results, and LTV trends weekly
