About the Role
You will ideate, build, and ship experiments to increase platform traffic and retention. You will plan, design, build, and implement web pages and growth loops including referral schemes, airdrops, NFT giveaways, email-capture flows, and data loops. You will build, test, and iterate on applications until production-ready, and own the end-to-end process from brainstorming to measurement. You will build consumer crypto applications using fullstack tools and a blockchain AI platform, and raise the project's visibility among web3 developers.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in full stack web development with preference for front-end
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React Next.js and Docusaurus
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced unstructured environment
- Ability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of deliverables
- Curiosity about technology outside direct expertise and appetite for learning
- Self-starter in proposing and executing technical solutions to ambiguous growth problems
- Ability to make calculated tradeoffs to meet customer and business needs
- Bonus: experience in developer-first products such as SDKs API design and documentation
- Bonus: experience in blockchain development interacting with wallets or smart contracts
- Bonus: familiarity with EVM L2 Solana Flow NEAR or Cosmos
- Bonus: experience writing shared library code for Android and iOS
