About the Role
You will own the organic growth strategy for Kraken Pro across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships. You will optimize acquisition funnels and user experience, lead a small team, run experiments, report growth performance, and ensure messaging is compliant across regions.

Responsibilities
- Build and run organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships
- Map and optimize the funnel from first touch to first trade
- Audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product experiences
- Turn product strengths into growth levers
- Lead, coach, and unblock a small team
- Run channel and funnel experiments
- Build dashboards and insights for leadership
- Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant messaging
