About the Role

You will lead efforts to grow user adoption and distribution in an assigned country. You will design and execute user acquisition strategies, optimize distribution channels, and manage agent network setup and liquidity. You will partner with product and engineering to improve processes using data, track and manage business and financial KPIs, hire and lead field operations teams, and travel frequently and relocate as required to support market scale-up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in user acquisition, agent operations or liquidity management
• Experience in mobile money, finance, fintech, telecom or tech sectors
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building, active listening and conflict resolution
• Proven sales track record including customer needs identification and corridor connections
• Willingness to relocate to the primary growth country for up to one year
• Ability to travel 60-80% within the designated market
• Metrics-oriented and analytical approach to optimizing cost of customer acquisition

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth by optimizing distribution strategies and leading user acquisition initiatives
• Lead agent network operations including acquisition, setup, and liquidity management
• Optimize distribution processes in collaboration with product and engineering using data
• Scale markets toward 1 million monthly active users through targeted acquisition and distribution
• Manage business and financial KPIs to meet growth objectives
• Build and lead high-performing field operations teams
• Collaborate with country leadership to align growth initiatives and priorities
• Embed company values and lead by example within the operations team
