About the Role
You will own paid user acquisition end-to-end: plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms, manage budgets and CAC/ROAS targets, and work with creative and product teams to iterate fast. You will set up and maintain attribution and tracking, analyze cohort quality and downstream metrics like retention and revenue, and scale what works while stopping what doesn’t.
Requirements
- Experience running performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns for consumer apps
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ monthly budgets profitably
- Deep platform expertise in at least two of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads
- Strong quantitative skills including dashboards, attribution models, and LTV/CAC analysis
- Experience working with creative teams in a high-velocity testing environment
- Familiarity with MMPs and analytics tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, and Branch
- Bonus: Experience in crypto, gaming, or fintech UA where regulatory or platform restrictions add complexity
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels
- Own CAC targets and ROAS goals and manage efficient spend
- Build and manage audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments
- Collaborate with video creators and the creative team on ad concepts and testing new hooks, formats, and angles
- Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks such as hook tests, CTA tests, and format tests
- Manage attribution and measurement and work with product and engineering on tracking infrastructure
- Analyze campaign performance, cohort quality, retention, and revenue
- Scale successful campaigns and terminate ineffective ones while maintaining high testing velocity
