About the Role
You will be the helpful person in nomad and expat communities, answering payment questions and recommending the app when appropriate. Spend ~50% of your time engaging on Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, NomadList and Facebook, using AI tools to monitor 20+ channels and draft responses. Hire and manage a content freelancer and a Buenos Aires ambassador, write briefs, review output, and repurpose content across TikTok, Reels, Twitter and Instagram. Make referral rewards visible, set up UTM tracking, report weekly on channel conversions, propose in-app visibility improvements to developers, manage freelancer and ambassador budgets, and iterate — killing channels that do not perform.
Requirements
- Proven engagement in nomad and expat communities with examples of posts or comments
- Experience living abroad or deep understanding of nomad payment pain points
- Daily use of AI tools and ability to build AI-driven workflows
- Experience managing freelancers, contractors or ambassadors
- Ability to analyze UTM links and basic analytics to assess conversion
Responsibilities
- Engage with nomad and expat communities across Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, NomadList and Facebook

- Manage freelancer and ambassador budgets and discontinue ineffective channels
