Affiliate Marketing Manager, Sports

About the Role
You will own and grow the sports affiliate program across US and international markets. You will leverage your existing sports affiliate network to drive publisher outreach and negotiate commission structures and partnership terms. You will analyze traffic quality and optimize partner mix using CPA, FTDs, LTV, and ROI metrics. You will manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, ensure performance targets are met, collaborate with integrations and growth stakeholders to align campaigns, and produce regular performance reports and insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing within the sports industry
- Existing network of sports affiliate and publisher contacts able to make immediate outreach
- Proven track record driving first-time depositors (FTDs) at scale through sports affiliate channels
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, CJ, etc.)
- Deep understanding of CPA, rev-share, hybrid deals, traffic quality analysis, and attribution models
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, analytics, and cohort tracking
- Deep passion for sports and ability to translate live moments into affiliate campaigns
