About the Role
You will shape the positioning and branding and lead the overall communications and marketing efforts. You will devise and execute strategies to market programmes and promote offerings, using analytics to evaluate campaign performance. You will draft social media and marketing content, coordinate with partners and a designer to produce high quality materials, and conduct targeted outreach to increase engagement across platforms. You will maintain online content across all Encode platforms including the website Twitter LinkedIn and Luma, stay up to date with developments in the community alumni and partner networks, and engage in B2B outreach with industry partners to drive impact. You will liaise with Programme and BizOps teams to align targets and ensure seamless execution of marketing goals.
Requirements
- Early work experience or a recent or upcoming graduate
- 2:1 or above from a leading university
- Confident in your abilities and eager to move quickly into a leadership position
- Demonstrates strong social abilities and people skills
- Evidence of atypical achievements beyond your undergraduate degree
- Interest in Web3 encouraged
- Based in London
