About the Role

Coordinate group reporting and consolidation across entities and business lines, manage the business line reporting team, oversee consolidation workpapers and intercompany eliminations, drive close calendars, establish accounting policies, improve reporting processes, prepare management reporting, and support statutory filings and special projects.

Requirements

  • CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive financial reporting experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS.
  • Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
  • Experience with intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and tiered consolidation structures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • SQL proficiency or willingness to develop SQL skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the group reporting and consolidation process.
  • Manage and develop the business line reporting team.
  • Own group consolidation workpapers, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
  • Drive month-end and quarter-end close calendars.
  • Establish group accounting policies, chart of accounts standards, and reporting templates.
  • Design and implement reporting process improvements and automation.
  • Prepare and review consolidated management reporting packages.
  • Support statutory reporting and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to investor reporting, entity setup, and ERP enhancement projects.
